Introduction & Consent
By accessing or using the 666 bd platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are established in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to all registered and unregistered users. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 666 bd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify registered users via email.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account on the 666 bd platform, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the 666 bd platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and we support various mobile banking methods. Deposits may go through a verification process, and additional verification may be required under certain circumstances. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, though delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements attached to any bonus or promotional offer have been met. 666 bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions. Records of all transactions are stored in our system and shall be considered final in the event of a dispute.
Prohibited Activities & User Responsibilities
Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or playing games through automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials is considered a serious offense and may result in legal action. Any attempt to hack the platform's software or systems will result in immediate account termination. Harassing, insulting, or sending harmful messages to other users is strictly prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is a violation of Bangladesh law, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. As a user, you are fully accountable for your own actions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
666 bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations. If a valid balance exists prior to account closure, a refund will be considered after the investigation is complete. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Relevant provisions of these Terms will remain in effect even after an account is closed. Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy will result in restricted account access for a specified period.
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the 666 bd platform are the intellectual property of us or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes. Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Full responsibility for any content uploaded to the platform by a user rests solely with that user. Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties may not be posted on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The 666 bd platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, and 666 bd shall not be held liable for such disruptions. Gaming outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any loss caused by issues with a user's own device or internet connection. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666 bd shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or claim, the parties must first attempt to resolve the matter directly by contacting our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh for settlement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 666 bd and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
